How can I make an appointment?

Have a medical question?

Unfortunately we can’t dispense direct medical advice over the internet, and certainly not without seeing you in person and getting a proper history and physical exam.
That said, there is likely a dermatologist in your area who can help you. We recommend that you go to www.AAD.org, which lists board certified dermatologists from around the world. You should be able to find a qualified dermatologist in your area. Good luck, and thank you for your support!

SHOPPING FAQs

All sales are final. Purchases are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged, defective, or merchandise is incorrectly shipped or missing.

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify our customer service team at [email protected]. Please note if an item appears to be damaged/defective, supporting documentation may be asked in order receive a full refund or replacement. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please include the following with your return:

  • Order confirmation number
  • What you are returning and why
  • How you would like us to handle your return or exchange

Please note, we highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service which provides tracking or insurance.

Once your return has been received by us, we will exchange your item or credit your credit card accordingly. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed.

All tools, apparel, and accessories are eligible for International shipping. Skincare or gift sets including skincare products are unfortunately NOT eligible for international shipping at this time. Please join our mailing list to stay updated on any changes to this policy!

United Kingdom Customers Please Note: All International orders are priced in US dollars and shipped via USPS International. The USPS works in conjunction with local postal services around the world to deliver packages to their final destination. While many packages make it to their final destination without issue, Skin PS Brands, Inc. is not responsible once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems. Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package. Please note that by completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your package is seized by Customs Officials for any reason whatsoever and you refuse to pay, your package will be returned to our facility and you will have a maximum of 30 days from the order date to file a refund request (not including the cost of shipping). If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your Customs Office.

In stock, non-pre-order items shipping to addresses within the United States are sent by UPS or US Mail (USPS) depending on weight and usually take 7-10 business days to arrive.

Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you if any item cant be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

First, check your Spam box! 99% of the time you will find it there. Please also confirm you entered the correct e-mail address.  If you still have problems, you can email us at [email protected]  and we’ll be happy to assist you.

You can email us at [email protected] regarding Dr. Pimple Popper Merchandise. Please allow a customer service representative to reach out to you within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist via telephone.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We are not accepting cash, checks or money orders at this time. In most cases, your credit card will not be charged until your order actually ships. If you are paying with PayPal, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Once your order is placed, our system checks with your credit card company to confirm funds are available, this is an authorization only, not a charge. Authorizations will be removed in approximately 3-4 days depending on your financial institution.

If you use a debit card to pay for your order, please keep in mind that most items are billed when shipped and funds must be available in your account at that time.

We are sorry but we do not accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express Gift cards. Please note that all prices listed in our store are in US Dollars.

Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. We also use the latest encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card information while we are processing your order.

Dr. Pimple Popper processes your orders very quickly! If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by contacting Customer Service by emailing [email protected]. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order. We will not be able to add items to an order once it has been submitted. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, shipping method and delivery address of your order. You will see your actual and total shipping costs at checkout before you are asked to provide your payment information.

Shipments to addresses within the United States are sent by UPS or US Mail (USPS) depending on weight and usually take 7-10 business days to arrive, or depending on the shipping method that you choose.

Shipments are processed Monday-Friday within 1-3 days of the order being placed. All orders placed on Friday, including expedited shipping, will dispatch the following Monday (excluding holidays). Transit time includes weekdays only and does not include weekends or holidays. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.
